It’s called TOMA… Top of Mind Awareness. When your name is consistently in front of your existing clients and future clients, they will call you when the need for your services arises.
Ask for an e-mail address on your comment postcard that you leave with the homeowner after you finish a job. Be sure to place a stamp on it.Stay in touch with your clients!!! It’s 5 X more expensive to acquire a new client vs. keeping an existing client. Nurture those relationships.
