Also, we got the news that 5 houses, so far in 2018, have sold in 1 to 3 days. One had 12 showings and 2 over-asking price offers. Two more houses had over-asking price offers and one $600,000 golf course home sold in 2 days. Staging Works!! And I must say, experience is key also, to determine the best updates to sell the property.
