What is the best paint color for staging? What is the best color for front doors? The best cabinet color? The best coastal colors? The best gray? The best color for dark rooms? The best exterior color? What is the best tool for choosing exterior color combinations? It’s all here!!! Look on the chart below. These are from many years of Trial and Error.
We have chosen all new colors for 2018. Yes, the wall color shift is moving away from true gray to more a more gray-beige color and more saturated colors are showing up everywhere, including Joanna Gaines’ beautifully decorated homes. Darker colors are showing up in contrast to all the whites. Greens are coming back and yes, pink in limited doses. Terra cottas to rusty reds in limited doses make an accent wall pop.

A new color trend in upholstered fabric turned up over and over again in the showrooms of the Atlanta Mart last fall. So, expect to see the color camel more as the fashion trends show up in the home decor. Khakis and suede ponte pants are flying off the shelves.

Benjamin Moore has a great product for choosing exterior color combinations. It’s a small color fan deck called Perfect Pairings. I LOVE this tool.
The best way to see good exterior combinations is to drive around and take pictures. Do a color match (if the homeowner doesn’t mind) by placing your main SW or BM fan deck next to the house and matching it. You will find the most on-trend colors in new neighborhoods.

This color sample caddie is free and available at our SW designer sample website at myS-W.com. Order it when you get your samples of all these colors. Free to Transformations grads and designers.

Just a weeks days ago, I also got these graphics and this wonderful news:
We have just been included in the IAHSP, International Association of Home Staging Professionals, list of accredited certification training courses. You must complete training by any one of a short, select list to be eligible to join. We were already one of the RESA’s approved trainers. All this makes your training through Transformations more valuable.
Thank you for joining us. We always try to add value to your business or lifestyle.

If you are interested in taking the new, updated Online Class, Email me.  EMAIL  Or go right to the Online Class info page. The pricing is in blue text at the bottom of the page. It is money-back guaranteed and going up in price soon.
We do have space available in our January 22nd – 26rd, 5-day Jacksonville class. This class is for all those who want the most motivation and more hands-on training.
More and more, we are training existing certified stagers who just wish to continue their education by taking another class.
We are not the biggest trainer… Remember, we’re Lily Pulitzer, not Macy’s. Why slog thru 100 forms when 25 will do. Get the Nitty-Gritty of what really works. We are the most targeted, design-orientated class in the US. Realtors and Designers love our classes.

There are only 2 ASID designers who are training stagers and we are the only one approved by RESA and IAHSP.
The early 2018 classes are filling up quickly. If you bring a friend, you get a special discount.

This beautiful, cosmetic renovation transformed a late 90's safari style home into a more welcoming, stunning, functional space. Built for entertaining friends and family, this home update was mostly simple and straightforward. Many improvements made the space more open and practical. Take a look. What do you think?
